The difference

Sublimation, not just print.

Most marine apparel is personalised with DTF — a film pressed on top of the fabric. We do that too. But the real upgrade Trident brings to the water is full sublimation: the colour becomes part of the cloth itself. Here's what changes.

What we recommend

Full sublimation

Colour pressed into the fabric.

Edge to edge. Print the whole garment — collar to hem, sleeve to sleeve. No patch, no limits on the design.
Won't crack, peel or fade. The colour is the cloth, so sun, salt and spray can't lift it off.
Breathable & soft. Nothing sits on top of the fabric, so it still breathes — comfortable in heat on deck.
Premium & unlimited. Photographic gradients, full-colour brand graphics, any pattern — at the quality a yacht brand expects.

The common alternative

DTF print only

A film printed on top.

Limited to a patch. A printed area sits on part of the garment — not a true all-over design.
Cracks & peels over time. A layer on the surface eventually lifts, especially with salt, sun and washing.
Stiffer hand-feel. The film makes the printed area less breathable and less soft.
Fine for simple marks. Good enough for a logo on a few pieces — we offer it too when it's the right call.

We can do both. But for a line that has to look premium and survive years on the water, full sublimation is the difference your customers feel — and the reason a yacht brand chose us.
